​Kelvin has over 15 years of working experience. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in Collective Protection (COLPRO) System, including design and selection of equipment, implementation/installation, testing & commissioning, and maintenance. His practical experience extends from designing through to integrating COLPRO systems for several government agencies. In the course of his work, Kelvin has garnered a range of M&E understanding, solutioning and trouble shooting in order to integrate existing systems with Beth-El's COLPRO system.” He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering.

An ex-military officer with more than 32 years of leadership and staff experience in the domain of physical security, planning and conduct of security operations, organizational structure, and capability development; and enterprise risk management. Specific knowledge areas include security master planning specifically in operations-technology integration, operational development (future plans) and conduct of operations. Supervised and led the project management and implementation including redevelopment of the new SAF detention barracks, security master-planning and implementation for One-North Estate and for Jurong Island. In his career, involved in many contingencies crisis management plans and responding to crisis scenarios from responding to humanitarian response to disasters, military overseas deployment and COVID-19 response. He is the recipient of the SAF Commendation Medal and Public Administration Military (Bronze).

James Ong has over 40 years (1975-to-date) of experience in the defence and security related industry. He served with distinction in the SAF, retiring as a Master Warrant Officer (MWO) being involved in key projects in developing Air Defence capabilities and as part of this capability development, acquired relevant combat intelligence knowledge. He also served as the planning and staff officer responsible for base security of RSAF (Republic of Singapore Air Force) bases. After his SAF service, James has developed his knowledge and experience in the security industry working over the 13 years in several security companies and developing relevant security experience in various aspects of security industry and management covering security operations supervision, assisting companies and customers develop training requirements and performing duties as Chief Security Officer for multi-national companies like Bank of America and Apple.

​Dr. Abraham has been involved in blast projects since enrolling in NUS as a research scholar. He was completing the PhD study with the thesis entitled ‘Fiber Reinforced High Strength Concrete with Cellular Steel-Sandwich Composite Panel for Blast and Impact Mitigation’. After finishing the PhD study, he was working on DSTA project ‘Scaling of Buried Composite Arch Subjected to Internal Blast Loading’. During these 7 years in NUS as Research Scholar and Research Fellow, he was involved in multiple blast test in ATREC facility and Pulau Senang. Starting from 2018, he joined Beth-El Pte Ltd as structural engineer. His main skills are blast and impact simulations using finite element tools such as LS Dyna and Autodyn. 

​Ka Shing has a background in researching and designing mechanical equipment to be cost-effective and space-efficient. He has a solid command of technologies, tools and best practices in designing mechanical equipment using AutoCAD, SolidWorks and engineering drawings. He works with Kelvin on the NBC-Filtration System and BIBO & Isolation Chambers. Ka Shing holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Lily provides accounting and manages the HR and finance matters of our company. She has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Accounting Information Systems).

Chee Yen graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2013 with a B.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering. He joined Cyient Singapore Pte Ltd and worked on structural analysis of Pratt & Whitney commercial aero-engine component repairs. During his time in Cyient Singapore, he also completed a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at National University of Singapore (NUS). In 2020, he joined Beth-El (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd as Senior Design Engineer. His main skills are structural analysis and design using finite element tools such as Ansys and Abaqus.
